Straight answers.
How does Canvas Scout spot a business that needs a bookkeeper?
It reads what each business shows in public: its Google listing (new owners, cash only, hours, how busy it is), the tools its website links to (online stores and POS systems), and whether it is hiring or has several locations. Each card says what we saw. We can’t see who does their books today, so the first question at the door is still yours.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at $35 a month for up to 10,000 businesses. For example, restaurants, shops, salons, contractors and auto shops in Greater Cincinnati come to about 20,100 businesses: Scout at $69 a month for one rep, or Crew at $179 a month for a team of up to 5. You see the count and the price for your own territory before you pay.
Can I try it first?
Yes. A free account costs nothing and needs no card: your map shows 50 real businesses in your area so you can try every tool, plus about how many businesses are in your whole territory. When you want more, start a 7-day trial from the map; you’re not charged during the trial.
