Start with a free account: no card, and your map shows 20 businesses from your territory. When you want more, start a 7-day trial from the map. You add a card on Stripe's secure checkout, your map shows 200 businesses, and you're not charged during the trial. When it ends, your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel, and your whole territory unlocks as soon as the first payment goes through. Cancel before the trial ends (account menu, then Billing) and you pay nothing.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Yes. On every plan, an account owner can download the team's sales history anytime: every business you've worked, with outcomes, deal values, contacts, follow-up dates and notes, as a spreadsheet for your CRM. Canvas Scout is a live map, not a list for sale, so exporting the whole territory is only on Agency (coming soon).
Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that, map access stops. We keep your account data for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded for the unused time within 30 days of the charge. If we can't build your territory, you get a full refund for it. The full refund policy has the details.
