Every plan starts with 7 days free, from the day you sign up, and you don't need a card to start. Before the trial ends we ask for payment details. Add them and your plan renews automatically each month or year until you cancel; skip it and the trial simply ends. You're never charged during the trial.
Yes. Upgrades take effect right away and you pay the prorated difference. Downgrades apply at your next billing date.
Canvas Scout is a live map, not a list for sale. Scout is built for working your territory in the app. Exports are coming soon: Crew will export the leads your team has worked, and Agency the full territory.
Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for. After that, map access stops. We keep your account data for 90 days in case you come back, then delete it.
Monthly plans aren't refunded for partial months. Annual plans can be refunded for the unused time within 30 days of the charge. If we can't build your territory, you get a full refund for it. The full refund policy has the details.
